Since Musaib Trading Sports specializes in manufactured-to-order, customized, and bulk sports goods exports, our Return & Refund Policy is structured to accommodate international shipping and manufacturing protocols.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Custom & Bulk Orders: Once an order enters production after sample approval and deposit payment, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.
  • Sample Orders: Sample orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been shipped.

Returns and Defective Items

Because our products are shipped globally from Pakistan, returning goods physically can incur heavy customs, duties, and high shipping charges. Therefore, we handle manufacturing faults as follows:

  • Defects & Discrepancies: If you receive products that have clear manufacturing defects, structural issues, or differ drastically from your approved sample, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
  • Proof of Damage: To claim a dispute, you must provide high-resolution photos and video evidence of the defective items along with the packaging details to titannovasportspk@gmail.com.

Resolution & Compensation (No Cash Refunds)

Due to international banking regulations and cross-border logistics costs, we do not offer direct cash refunds. Approved defective claims will be resolved through:

  • Free Replacements: We will manufacture and replace the defective items completely free of charge. These replacements will either be shipped immediately or added to your next upcoming shipment.
  • Credit Notes: The total value of the proven defective items can be issued as a credit note, which will be deducted from the invoice value of your next production order.

Shipping & Logistics Costs

  • In the rare event that a physical return is mutually agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, export duties, and clearing charges.
  • Musaib Trading Sports will not be held liable for shipments delayed, detained, or confiscated by the customs authorities of the destination country.
