Intellectual Property & Brand Designs

  • Client Designs: If you provide logos, artwork, or tech-packs for custom manufacturing, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to those designs. Musaib Trading Sports will not be held responsible for any trademark infringements brought by third parties.
  • Confidentiality: We respect your proprietary designs. Your custom patterns and brand logos will not be sold or displayed to other clients without your explicit consent.

Production Timelines & Approvals

  • Mass production begins only after the client approves the initial pre-production sample (via photos, videos, or physical delivery) and the agreed advance payment is cleared.
  • Estimated production turnaround times (TAT) provided by our team are approximations. While we strive to meet deadlines, Musaib Trading Sports is not liable for minor delays caused by raw material shortages, power grid outages, or shipping carrier delays.

Payment Terms

  • For international export orders, our standard payment terms involve an upfront deposit (percentage to be agreed upon in the invoice) to initiate production, with the remaining balance cleared before shipment dispatch.
  • All bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, or payment gateway fees are to be borne entirely by the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

Musaib Trading Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, shipping delays, or custom clearance delays at the destination port.
